Advantages

INCONEL 601 also has good toughness and ductility, as well as excellent creep resistance, which makes it less prone to significant deformation under prolonged loads.

INCONEL 601 has good resistance to a wide range of corrosive media, including oxidizing acids and chlorides. It maintains good corrosion resistance at high temperatures and has adequate resistance to organic acids such as acetic, formic and stearic acids, as well as inorganic acids such as nitric, hydrochloric, sulfuric, hydrofluoric and alkaline solutions.
