Incoloy alloy tubing, is a high performance nickel based alloy tubing.Incoloy alloy is widely used in many fields due to its excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature strength and good mechanical properties. There are several varieties of Incoloy alloy tubes, such as Incoloy800, Incoloy825, Incoloy925, Incoloy20, etc.. The main components of these alloy tubes include Nickel (Ni), Iron (Fe), Chromium (Cr), etc., and other alloying elements such as Copper (Cu) and Molybdenum (Mo) are added to improve their performance
Corrosion resistance: Incoloy alloy tube in a variety of media have shown good corrosion resistance, able to resist the erosion of a variety of corrosive substances. For example, Incoloy 825 alloy tube can resist sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid and organic acids and other corrosive substances, as well as sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid solution and other alkali metal erosion.
High-temperature strength: Incoloy alloy tubes can still maintain high strength and toughness at high temperatures and are suitable for work in high-temperature environments. Such as Incoloy 800 alloy tube in up to 500 ℃ (some say 550 ℃) of very high temperature aqueous media with excellent corrosion resistance, as well as very good resistance to stress corrosion performance.
Good mechanical properties: Incoloy alloy tubes are easy to process and weld, and can be molded by cold or hot working. In addition, they have good plasticity, suitable for forging, extrusion, stretching and other plastic deformation processing.
Incoloy 800H: A solid solution high strength austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy plate containing carbon, aluminum, titanium, silicon, manganese, and a limited amount of (Al+Ti), which provides excellent high temperature and corrosion resistance.
Incoloy 800HT: Similar to 800H but with higher strength and better high temperature resistance, Incoloy 800HT is commonly used in the manufacture of equipment and components for high temperature and high pressure environments.
Incoloy 825: A fully austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy plate alloyed with copper and molybdenum and stabilized with titanium for excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.
