Main Feather

Excellent corrosion resistance: Incoloy alloys are resistant to a wide range of corrosive media, including sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid and other strong acids, as well as oxidizing and reducing atmospheres at high temperatures.

Good heat resistance: Incoloy alloys can maintain strength and stability at high temperatures and are not easily deformed or failed, so they are commonly used in equipment and components in high temperature environments.

High strength and toughness: Incoloy alloys have excellent mechanical properties, including high strength and good toughness, able to withstand greater stress and pressure.

Easy to process and weld: Incoloy coils have good processing and welding properties and can be processed and fabricated through a variety of molding and joining processes.

    Common Materials

Incoloy 800H: A solid solution high strength austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy plate containing carbon, aluminum, titanium, silicon, manganese, and a limited amount of (Al+Ti), which provides excellent high temperature and corrosion resistance.

Incoloy 800HT: Similar to 800H but with higher strength and better high temperature resistance, Incoloy 800HT is commonly used in the manufacture of equipment and components for high temperature and high pressure environments.

Incoloy 825: A fully austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy plate alloyed with copper and molybdenum and stabilized with titanium for excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.

    Application

Incoloy sheet can be used in a variety of industries and applications, as it is a very versatile and commonly used form of steel.

Some common industries and applications include:

    • Nuclear energy

Inconel alloy tubes are also widely used in the field of nuclear energy, such as control rods and fuel elements in nuclear reactors, which need to withstand extreme conditions of high temperature, radiation and corrosion.

    • Aerospace

Inconel alloy tubes are used in the manufacture of engine parts for airplanes and rockets, high-temperature structural parts, etc., which are able to withstand extreme environments of high temperature and high pressure.

    • Petrochemical

In the petrochemical industry, Inconel alloy tubes are used in the manufacture of reactors, heat exchangers, pipelines and other corrosion-resistant equipment, capable of withstanding corrosive media and high temperature and pressure environments.

    • Marine engineering

cIn the marine environment, Inconel alloy tubes are used to manufacture desalination equipment, marine platforms and other corrosion-resistant structures, able to withstand seawater corrosion and wave impact and other harsh environments.
