Incoloy bar is a bar material made from Incoloy alloy, a nickel-chromium-iron alloy designed to provide oxidation and carbonization resistance at elevated temperatures. Incoloy alloys are available in many varieties, including Incoloy 800, Incoloy 800H, Incoloy 800HT, Incoloy 825, Incoloy 840, Incoloy 901, Incoloy 925, Incoloy 20, Incoloy 330etc. These alloys are widely used in many industrial fields due to their excellent high temperature and corrosion resistance.
Excellent high-temperature resistance: Incoloy rods are able to maintain stable mechanical properties and corrosion resistance in high-temperature environments, making them ideal for high-temperature process equipment.
Good corrosion resistance: Incoloy alloys contain a high percentage of nickel, chromium and other elements, giving them excellent corrosion resistance, especially in environments containing chlorides, sulfides and acids.
High strength and toughness: Incoloy rods have high strength and toughness, and are able to withstand large mechanical stresses and shock loads.
Good machinability: Incoloy rods have good cold and hot working properties, as well as welding and machining properties, making it easy to process into various shapes and sizes.
Incoloy 800H: A solid solution high strength austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy plate containing carbon, aluminum, titanium, silicon, manganese, and a limited amount of (Al+Ti), which provides excellent high temperature and corrosion resistance.
Incoloy 800HT: Similar to 800H but with higher strength and better high temperature resistance, Incoloy 800HT is commonly used in the manufacture of equipment and components for high temperature and high pressure environments.
Incoloy 825: A fully austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy plate alloyed with copper and molybdenum and stabilized with titanium for excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.
Incoloy sheet can be used in a variety of industries and applications, as it is a very versatile and commonly used form of steel.
Inconel alloy tubes are also widely used in the field of nuclear energy, such as control rods and fuel elements in nuclear reactors, which need to withstand extreme conditions of high temperature, radiation and corrosion.
Inconel alloy tubes are used in the manufacture of engine parts for airplanes and rockets, high-temperature structural parts, etc., which are able to withstand extreme environments of high temperature and high pressure.
In the petrochemical industry, Inconel alloy tubes are used in the manufacture of reactors, heat exchangers, pipelines and other corrosion-resistant equipment, capable of withstanding corrosive media and high temperature and pressure environments.
cIn the marine environment, Inconel alloy tubes are used to manufacture desalination equipment, marine platforms and other corrosion-resistant structures, able to withstand seawater corrosion and wave impact and other harsh environments.
