HIGH TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE: INCOLOY 800 alloys are able to maintain stable operation in high temperature environments without deterioration or damage. The alloy is stable for long periods of time in environments up to 800°C.
CORROSION RESISTANCE: The alloy has excellent corrosion resistance and is able to withstand most acids, alkalis and chlorides. In particular, the alloy exhibits excellent resistance to stress corrosion rupture in chlorides, low concentrations of NaOH aqueous solutions and high temperature and pressure water.
Oxidation resistance: INCOLOY 800 alloy is able to maintain a stable surface condition under high temperature oxidizing environments and is not susceptible to oxidation and embrittlement.
Mechanical properties: The alloy has good mechanical properties, including high strength and toughness. It can withstand greater stress and pressure, and is suitable for the manufacture of a variety of complex shapes of parts and products.
Welding Properties: INCOLOY 800 alloy is easy to weld and can be joined by a variety of welding methods, and the welded joints have properties comparable to those of the base material.
Machinability: INCOLOY 800 alloy has good plasticity and machinability, and is easy to carry out cold and hot processing.
