Hastelloy plate, or Hastelloy plate, is a nickel-based alloy plate with higher compositions of chromium, molybdenum, iron and other elements added. It is made by casting, rolling and other processes, with unique corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and high mechanical strength and other excellent properties, playing an important role in a number of industries.

Main Feather

1.Corrosion resistance: Hastelloy sheet is resistant to a wide range of highly corrosive media such as acidic, alkaline, and saline media as well as oxidizing and reducing conditions. It is particularly suitable for components and catalytic systems that come into contact with chlorinated organics, as well as oxidizing environments where high corrosion resistance is required.

2.High Temperature Resistance: Some Hastelloy sheets, such as Hastelloy X, have excellent high temperature resistance and are able to withstand extreme working environments at high temperatures and pressures, and are suitable for the manufacture of high-temperature components such as aero-engine nozzles and combustion chambers.

3.High mechanical strength: Hastelloy sheet has good strength, hardness and toughness, and can withstand large loads and stresses to ensure the safety and reliability of equipment.

4.Good processing performance: Hastelloy plate can be molded and processed by hot working, cold working, welding and other means to meet the needs of various complex shapes and sizes of engineering.

    Chemical Composition

    1.B Series

    Hastelloy B-2 (N10665): Excellent corrosion resistance in reducing environments, suitable for use in acetic acid production, sulfuric acid recovery systems, and more.

    Hastelloy B-3: Suitable for all uses of alloy B-2, but care should be taken to avoid use in environments where trivalent iron salts and divalent copper salts are present.

    2.C Series

    Hastelloy C-22 (N06022): Better resistance to uniform corrosion in oxidizing media than C-4 and C-276, excellent resistance to localized corrosion, and suitable for use in oxidizing environments where high corrosion resistance is required.

    Hastelloy C-276 (N10276): good resistance to oxidizing and moderately reducing corrosion, excellent resistance to stress corrosion, widely used in petroleum, chemical, environmental protection and other fields.

    3.G series

    Hastelloy G-30 (N06985): excellent performance in phosphoric acid and other strong oxidizing mixed acid media, suitable for strong oxidizing environments such as phosphoric acid where high corrosion resistance is required.
