Hastelloy tubing, or Hastelloy tubing, is the collective name for commercial grades of nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloy tubing produced by Hastelloy International, Inc. in the United States.
1.Corrosion resistance: Hastelloy tubes have excellent corrosion resistance and are able to resist a wide range of corrosive media, such as acids, alkalis and salts.
2.High Temperature Resistance: Some Hastelloy tube models (such as Hastelloy X) have excellent high temperature performance, able to maintain stable performance in high temperature environments.
3.Mechanical properties: Hastelloy tubes have good mechanical properties, such as strength, toughness and hardness, etc., to meet the requirements of use in different fields.

Hastelloy tubing is available in a variety of grades, including but not limited to the following:
Hastelloy C-276: A tungsten-containing nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy tube containing very low levels of silicon and carbon, it is often considered a universal corrosion-resistant alloy. It has excellent corrosion resistance to most corrosive media in both oxidizing and reducing atmospheres and has outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress cracking corrosion.
Hastelloy C-22: A versatile nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy tube with improved overall corrosion resistance and excellent resistance to homogeneous corrosion, especially in oxidizing media.
Hastelloy C-2000: A nickel-based, high-temperature alloy tube composed of nickel, molybdenum, and chromium designed to resist a wider range of corrosive compounds, including sulfuric and hydrofluoric acids, and is the most versatile corrosion-resistant alloy available.
Hastelloy C-4: An austenitic, low-carbon nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy tube that maintains excellent mechanical properties at elevated temperatures and is extremely corrosion resistant. It is suitable for aerospace, chemical and marine engineering.
Hastelloy B-2: a nickel-based high-temperature alloy tube with excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature performance, widely used in aviation, aerospace, petroleum, chemical and other fields.
Hastelloy B-3: an upgraded version of B-2 with excellent corrosion resistance to hydrochloric acid at any temperature and concentration, a nickel-based high-temperature alloy tube known for its excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature stability.
Hastelloy X: A nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum alloy tube with excellent oxidation resistance, manufacturability, and high-temperature strength, commonly used in gas turbine components in aircraft, power plants, and petrochemical plants.
Hastelloy G-30: A nickel-based alloy tube with a high chromium content that has superior corrosion resistance to commercial phosphoric acid and many mixed environments with highly oxidizing acid media such as nitric/hydrochloric, nitric/hydrofluoric, and sulfuric acids compared to most other nickel- and iron-based alloys.Hastelloy G-35: An upgrade from G-30 with even better corrosion resistance and thermal stability.Questions?
