Excellent Corrosion Resistance: Hastelloy G-30 alloy exhibits exceptional corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing acid media such as phosphoric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and sulfuric acid. This corrosion resistance makes it valuable for a wide range of applications in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
High Temperature Stability: Hastelloy G-30 alloy can maintain structural stability in environments as high as 900°C and is not susceptible to intergranular corrosion or stress corrosion cracking. This characteristic makes it has a wide range of application prospects in high temperature and high pressure environments such as oil and gas.
Good mechanical properties: Hastelloy G-30 alloy has high tensile strength and yield strength, even in the annealed state of 538 ℃, its tensile strength can still be maintained in the 538 MPa or more, the yield strength is not less than 200 MPa, which makes it in the manufacture of high-strength requirements of the components with significant advantages.
Good machinability and weldability: Hastelloy G-30 alloy can be machined by conventional metal working methods and is easy to weld and suitable for a variety of welding processes. This allows it to be used in the manufacture of complex components, further broadening its range of applications.
