The production process of Hastelloy G-3 alloy tubes mainly includes hot roll forming and hot extrusion molding. Due to the alloy’s poor high-temperature plasticity, hot molding temperature range is narrow, deformation resistance is larger. Good resistance to stress corrosion cracking: After the slow strain rate corrosion test, the section shrinkage and elongation of Hastelloy G-3 alloy are greater than 92%, and there is no secondary cracking, showing good resistance to stress corrosion cracking.
