Baoti Group’s 4.5-ton Vacuum Induction Furnace Project Successfully Test Runs

Event Overview: Recently, Baoti Group announced that its 4.5-ton vacuum induction furnace project has successfully completed the hot test run, and all the indexes of pure nickel ingots produced in batch are in line with the technological requirements, so the trial production task is a complete success.

Project significance: This project is one of the key fixed investment projects of Baoti Group in 2023, which is a major technological transformation for nickel and nickel alloy production equipment. The successful commissioning of the project not only enhances the annual production capacity of Nickel Materials Company, increasing 2000 tons/year of nickel and nickel alloy ingots, but also provides a solid technical guarantee for the “nickel-based alloy melting capacity doubling plan” of Baoti Group.

Technical highlights: The project equipment is equipped with domestic advanced melting power supply, temperature measurement and sampling device and the latest generation of leakage furnace alarm device, which can effectively protect the quality of product melting and production safety. The equipped vacuum system reaches the advanced level in the same industry, which can ensure that all parameters of the vacuum system meet the melting process requirements of nickel and nickel alloy high-end products.
