Monel 502 has relatively low electrical conductivity, but is able to maintain stable thermal conductivity in more demanding environments, making it suitable for a number of specialized industrial application scenarios.
Monel 502 alloy is capable of both cold and hot working and is not prone to cracking during processing. The alloy also has good weldability and is suitable for a variety of welding methods such as TIG and MIG welding.
